Shipping policy

Please provide your full address, email and phone number at the check out. We ship worldwide from the Czechia. You might need to pay duties if ordering outside of EU except for US orders, where we offer DDP services. Pre-paid duties are calculated at the check out for US customers.

Our delivery is made to the nominated address. Courier will contact you upon the delivery, if not at home, courier will either attempt another delivery or leave the package at the closest pick up point. 

We ship the orders within 24 - 72 hours, some products might take slightly longer to dispatch up to 7 business days. The delivery period is between 2-12 business days depending on the delivery address. Delivery period is shown at the check out for specific countries. 

Packeta courier is used for delivery within Czechia.
